Tuition Free Training Opportunities

Funded training programs in Health, Mining, Hospitality, Trades and Apprenticeship are now available for registration.

We are offering the following courses on location:

Mineral Processing Operator

Students are introduced to the mining sector and receive a general overview of mill processes. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are prepared for an entry-level position in various milling operations throughout the world.

Environmental &
Field Monitor

The program is designed to provide an understand of the mining industry legislative requirements; best practices, and standards for environmental monitoring; wildlife management, data entry and reporting requirements while working with the environment.

Surface Diamond Driller Assistant

This program covers the basic knowledge and skills required to work as a helper to a Surface and/or Underground Diamond Drill Operator. The program aims to prepare students to enter the field directly. Students learn set-up/take-down, troubleshooting and safety.

Underground Miner Common Core

The program covers the knowledge and skills required to work as an Underground Hard Rock Miner. This modular training program covers some areas of competency required. Students also receive additional health and safety training as it pertains to the mining sector.

AZ Driver Mandatory Entry Level Training

The program covers the knowledge and skills required to operate heavy trucks to transport goods and materials over urban, provincial and international routes. The program meets and exceeds all mandatory objectives set forth by the Ministry of Transportation.

DZ Driver

The program covers the knowledge and skills required to operate heavy vehicles to transport goods and materials up to 4,600 kg/10,000 lb., but not exceeding this weight. The opportunity for employment as a driver includes dump trucks, cement mixers, snowplows and similar vehicles.
